A mystery artist has added two more paintings to a tunnel wall in a city park, prompting city officials to increase their search efforts for the person responsible for the artwork.
On Jan. 11, the city’s parks crew discovered the painting of a prancing doe painted in the tunnel under Bear Creek Parkway near Keller Town Center. The Star-Telegram wrote a story about the discovery and city posted a photo of it on Facebook, adding that if the artist would like to paint a mural in the tunnel, “call us.”
The city hasn’t heard from the mystery artist, but a painting of an armadillo was found Jan. 17 and a bird on Jan. 20. The city has posted photos of them on Facebook, and would still like to talk to the anonymous artist.
