On this Sunday, June 11, 2017, a Gray parrot made our Federal police in the city of Kaiserslautern uncertain. Two sidewalkers in the park of Kaiserslautern were not looking bad as a parrot flew directly from a tree to their shoulders. The two young men from Syria finally brought the trustful parrot to the nearly Federal Police Station.
Through a search in social networks the owner was quickly found. The Gray Parrot with the name “Kuku” explored the offices then in the Federal Police hq.
Until it was picked-up, officers were in charge of the bird, who even was willing to land on shoulders of his colleagues. The two finders also received a small recognition fund after the parrot was picked up by the lucky and also fortunate owner.
All those involved were once again thankful for the support of the find, also sharing it in social networks.
