ROCKWALL, Texas – A group of generous strangers teamed up to buy a young man in Texas a new car after learning he walked 3 miles to work every day, KBTV-TV reports.
Andy Mitchell decided to start raising money for 20-year-old Justin Korva after giving him a ride to work at a Taco Casa restaurant in Rockwall, Texas on June 21.
The 20-year-old told Mitchell he was trying to better himself and was saving up to buy a car.
Moved by his story, Mitchell posted a photo on Facebook, praising Korva for his commitment to go to work despite not having a vehicle.
“To all the people that say they want to work but can’t find a job or don’t have a vehicle all I can say is you don’t want it bad enough!” Mitchell wrote.
