Overath (ots).
On this new morning at 16:34 the turnstiles of the fire station in Overath was been alerted to an street called “Untersteeg”.
Some hawks had built their nest under the roof of a near family house. From this roof unluckily two little hawk-chicks had fallen into the direction of the ground depths. Called by the Fire Station Worker a falconer from the nearest bird protection association convinced herself on spot that these animals had suffered luckily no real damage through their fall.
Now, the People from the Fire Station in Overath with a little help from consent of the proprietor and the falconer had fixed up a board in front of their nest to secure them and to avoid another crash.
Then the hawks were put back into the nest. They seemed to be happy. The application all inclusive lasted round about 1.5 hours.
