La-Teisha Daniel-Baines fills bins and baskets full of products she got for cheap thanks to coupons. The care items are then donated to those in need. Brie Handgraaf | Times

La-Teisha Daniel-Baines doesn’t come from riches, nor does she live a life of luxury.
She works six days a week but makes time to give back.
Her contributions to others might seem insignificant to some, but to the recipients, the gift bag full of soap, shampoo, toothpaste and other care items is huge.
“I know it is hard. I’ve been there, and I just want to make sure people are all right,” Daniel-Baines said. “I don’t have a whole bunch of money now. I just do what I can with my coupons to take care of my house and help others. That is all I want to do.”
The 40-year-old mother of one, 14-year-old Nasir Smith, said she saves coupons and gets others given to her by friends who know she’ll put them to good use.
