The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office recently received a donation of stuffed animals from Prospector’s Family Community Education.
Over 50 of the stuffed animals donated by FCE were provided to the BCSO in order to ensure when children are scared, they have something to hold onto that can help comfort them.
“Dealing with children is part of every law enforcement officer’s job, whether it be during casual conversation or a traumatic situation,” said Bradley County Sheriff Eric Watson. “There are circumstances in which our deputies have to deal with children who are crying, and the donated stuffed animals will offer a resource of comfort.”
